Anh moved to Australia from Vietnam with her family in 2011 and soon found Brisbane to be her forever home. She graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2022. Anh has extensive experience working with clients managing musculoskeletal conditions and mental health challenges, particularly those recovering from joint replacements or living with chronic pain. Early in her career, Anh developed a strong interest in neurological conditions and became fascinated by spinal cord rehabilitation, an area she continues to expand her expertise in. She is also passionate about supporting women through the pre- and post-natal stages of pregnancy, and is trained in both Matwork and Reformer Pilates. Her approach is strength-based and client-centred, focusing on making exercise not only clinically effective but also enjoyable and transferable to real-life activities. With an open mind and genuine care, she actively listens, considers different perspectives, and tailors her advice, education, and exercise programs to each client's unique needs.
