To keep appointment times available for everyone, we ask new patients to pay a deposit when they book their first appointment online.
Booking deposit
- New patients pay a $50 deposit when booking their first appointment online.
- The full $50 is credited towards your initial consult fee.
- Returning patients don't pay a deposit.
Changing or cancelling
- Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel. Call Warner on 07 3419 4796 or Narangba on 07 3142 4864.
- With 24 hours' notice, we'll move your deposit to a new appointment time or refund it.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or miss your appointment, you may lose the deposit.
- Returning patients: please also give 24 hours' notice to change or cancel.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take 5–10 business days to appear.
