Charlie graduated from the University of East Anglia (UK) in 2018 with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy. Since graduating, he has worked within a wide range of musculoskeletal physiotherapy teams, developing a particular passion for sports rehabilitation and helping people return to the activities they enjoy. He has a special interest in running-related injuries and has successfully guided many marathon runners through personalised return-to-run programmes. Charlie combines evidence-based rehabilitation with hands-on treatment to help patients recover from injury, reduce pain, and improve performance. His treatment approach focuses on identifying the root cause of symptoms while developing tailored rehabilitation plans that build strength, confidence, and long-term resilience to exercise.
