Urja completed her Master in Physiotherapy from Griffith University in 2021 and also holds a Bachelor in Exercise Science, contributing to her treatment planning and exercise prescription. She enjoys working with people of all ages to get them back to work, sport, or day to day life, and believes in listening and connecting with her patients to provide an appropriate management plan. Urja provides a wide range of treatments such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, dry needling, education, and strength programs.
