Manipulative Physiotherapy

Maitland Mobilisation

This uses gentle thumb pressure to ease joint restriction, safely removing stiffness and pain.

Mulligan Mobilisation

Brian Mulligan, a New Zealand physiotherapist, pioneered this gentle effective soft tissue and joint mobilization combined with the patient’s own body movements.
