Praveena is a “people person” has a “can do” work ethic. Her strengths lies in actively listening and being the relationship builder between patients, clinicians, staff and the wider community fostering a harmonious, supportive and growth oriented environment. She has a knack for bringing out the best in her team through conflict resolution.
She has over 20 years of experience working in the health and wellness industry particularly in dentistry and yoga. Her roles have ranged from being a clinician, practitioner, manager, chairside assistant and receptionist. She is excited to bring her transferable skills of leadership,strategic planning, communication, organisation, marketing, operations and financial management as well as team building into IntegratePHYSIO.
Outside of work, Praveena enjoys globe trotting, ticking things off her bucket list, getting lost in books, cooking, exploring nature and spending quality time with her loved ones.
