- Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Anh moved to Australia with her family in 2011 and soon found Brisbane to be her forever home. She graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2022. Anh has extensive experience working with clients managing musculoskeletal conditions and mental health challenges, particularly those recovering from joint replacements or living with chronic pain.
Early in her career, Anh developed a strong interest in neurological conditions and became fascinated by spinal cord rehabilitation. She continues to expand her expertise in this area. She is also passionate about supporting women through the pre- and post-natal stages of pregnancy. Anh is trained in both Matwork and Reformer Pilates.
Her approach is strength-based and client-centred, focusing on making exercise not only clinically effective but also enjoyable and transferable to real-life activities. With an open mind and genuine care, Anh actively listens, considers different perspectives, and tailors her advice, education, and exercise programs to each client’s unique needs.
When she’s not in the gym, you’ll often find Anh cooking, trying new recipes, or heading off on her next adventure.
